GUARANTEE, PAYMENT, SHIPPING
GUARANTEE: Every effort is made by Sappa Creek Puppies to insure that your puppy arrives in a healthy and sound condition. Each puppy will come with their Registration papers as well as their vaccination and worming schedule. Expenses incurred after the puppy leaves Sappa Creek Puppies becomes the respondsibility of the buyer, medical or otherwise.Sappa Creek Puppies guarantees the puppy to one year of age for any life threatening, congenital or hereditary defects. If the condition can be treated, it is NOT considered life threatening. If the puppy has been diagnosed by two unassociated licensed Veterinarians, written statements of diagnosis, including a detailed description of all symptoms supporting the diagnosis, results of any tests performed and the reason why they feel the puppy is a poor health risk. This report is to be sent to the seller immediately to be confirmed by our licensed veterinarian. If our Vet agrees with the written reports, the buyer MUST return the live puppy with all registration papers and shot/veterinary documentation to the seller at the buyers expense. Sappa Creek Puppies will replace the puppy (when same breed is available) or issue a refund for the purchase price of the puppy only. Shipping expenses are never refunded.To keep this guarantee in force, the puppy and their vaccination records should be taken and examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after the delivery/shipping date and a copy of the vet exam sent to us for our records. The seller is not respondsible for miscellaneous problems such as hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, guardia, parasites or other types of bacterial infections as we have no control over where the puppy has been or any ability to administer any type of care once the puppy leaves our home. Certain disorders caused by enviromental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange and certain other autoimmune disorders or minor defects such as minor over/under bites are not covered by this guarantee. If a hernia or cherry eye is found in the health exam prior to leaving, it will be taken care of before delivery.Sappa Creek puppies can not make any guarantee for the size, show quality, breeding ability, coat color or quality, temperment or adaptability.PAYMENT: A non-refundable $100 deposit will hold your puppy. All puppies are sold on a first come, first served basis and not considered sold until a deposit or payment is recieved. The deposit will only be refunded if the puppy should fail it's vet check or become ill prior to leaving. Full payment is expected 10 days prior to delivery or cash only will be expected upon delivery. SHIPPING: Shipping arrangements will be made as soon as final payment is received.
